In 2022 I started speaking at events like the Modern Endpoint Management Summit (virtual) and Experts Live NL. And in 2023 the Workplace Ninja Summit in Baden was one of the community events where I was on the stage.

On June 17 I will speak at the Dutch Microsoft & Security meetup at Inspark in Amstelveen.

On June 3 I spoke at the Experts Live event in Nieuwegein.
I had the honor to present my session Build Your Own Onboarding and Offboarding Automation. During the session I spoke about automating the on- and offboarding process with Logic Apps and Microsoft Graph.

Modern Endpoint Management Summit 2024 – Paris
In April 2024, I had the opportunity to take the stage again, during an in-person community event.
This time, I spoke about “Moving to a cloud-managed Windows workplace; notes from the field”. I shared tips and tricks to prepare the audience for a migration to the modern Windows workplace. The slides are available for the summit attendees in Sched.

Experts Live The Netherlands 2023
On May 25, 2023, I spoke at Experts Live 2023 in Den Bosch. I was invited to speak about Our journey to a Modern Workplace (in Dutch this time). During this session, I talked about the migration path we followed at NN Group from our traditionally managed workplace to a cloud-managed workplace.

I’m a workplace engineer of NN Group (known of Nationale Nederlanden) and our team has been working on a cloud-managed workplace. In this session, I’ll take the audience with me on our journey to this modern workplace. I describe the steps we took to build this new workplace and the challenges we phased during this journey.

At the in-person event Experts Live Netherlands, Sander Rozemuller and I spoke on “Monitor Intune with API from different perspectives“.
Session details:
In this session, Peter and Sander bundle their expertise and show how we can monitor our Microsoft Intune environment in different ways.
As an example, we show you how to monitor security baselines.
Peter uses Azure Logic App to get the job done. Sander shows how to monitor the security baselines with Azure Functions.
Both approaches rely on making use of the Graph API.
