To update, the app in intune shows the status as “Device must be rebooted to complete installation of the application.” then eventually changes to “The unmonitored process is in progress, however it may timeout. (0x87D300C9)”

Any idea why this is?

Is there any way to run the script and not have it change the Windows Display language?
Most customers that I deal with need to change the regional settings, keyboard and more, but want the display language to stay the same(English)

See if it fits your needs if you remove the part where geoid is used and Set-WinUserLanguageList. I’m not sure what the end-result if of doing that.
