When I use this filter, it filters out only the recommended drivers in my environment:

I’ve been messing around with this reporting for use within the environment I work in. One thing I’m finding is that the filter doesn’t seem to filter out only recommended like it seems to be written to work. Are you seeing the same thing in your experience? I can’t see a property that is included in the object that I’m able to pull this way.
