After following along I’ve found that the “Set the time zone automatically” toggle is set to on but even post reboot the timezone is still in PDT. But, if i logon to the device with a local admin account there is a small prompt that appears saying the time zone has been updated and there are Accept/Reject type buttons on this prompt and I need to click ACCEPT for it to actually go through – have you seen anything like this before or know any workarounds where no admin is required?
